Clare Barr - Global Director of Innovation

Clare Barr is Global Director of Innovation at Meiyume, with over 30 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with leading global beauty brands to develop innovative, commercially relevant products across skincare, SPF and personal care.

At Meiyume, Clare leads the company’s innovation and formulation development efforts across OEM and ODM beauty solutions — translating emerging trends, ingredient technologies and technical expertise into market-ready concepts and scalable product solutions. Her work combines consumer insight, formulation innovation and commercialization to create collections designed for evolving beauty consumer needs.
