Responsible for global growth, partnerships and go-to-market strategy at Nuon Medical, a medical-grade beauty technology company with nearly two decades of device engineering experience. Supports brands in transforming advanced technologies—including red-light therapy, microcurrent, ultrasound, PEMF and diagnostic skin technologies—into clinically supported, FDA-ready products designed to deliver credible claims and build consumer trust.

George Chris is a co-founder of Packlion and a carton packaging expert with over 20 years of experience in production. He has supported numerous beauty brands across Europe in developing high-quality packaging solutions, with a focus on flexibility, sustainability and cost efficiency. George combines deep production knowledge with a practical approach to help brands make smarter packaging decisions.

Ludovic Wassermann is a Principal Solution Consultant at Centric Software, specialising in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions for the cosmetics and personal care industry. He holds an engineering background in product development and has over 10 years of experience working with brands, manufacturers, and retailers across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. His work focuses on bridging R&D, regulatory, and business teams to accelerate product innovation and improve execution. More recently, he has been driving the application of artificial intelligence in product development, helping organisations reduce complexity, enhance decision-making, and bring products to market faster.

Sydney joined Eastman in 2018, beginning in Corporate Innovation, where she supported market strategy and platform development for biodegradable plastics. She later advanced into Consumer Insights, where she helped shape material innovation strategies through a deep understanding of consumer behavior across multiple business segments. In her current role, Sydney leads market development and product strategy within cosmetic packaging, driving the growth of sustainable material solutions through cross‑functional leadership and external partnerships.

Alice has worked for OPRL since 2014 and heads up the Member Support team, providing support on labelling of packaging and determining its recyclability. Alice started her career at HDRA as part of the Sustainable Waste Team. She moved to WRAP in 2005 to work on consumer communications through the Home Composting Programme, Recycle Now and Recycle for London campaigns before moving into the world of packaging.
