Ricardo provides technical support for sensory ingredients, with an emphasis on flavours, for dietary supplements and pharmaceutical products. Overcoming the undesirable taste profiles associated with actives is a focus of Ricardo’s innovation work. Before joining Sensient, Ricardo worked with Simplot, Top Cut Foods, Creative Cuisine and Delish Foods in Australia, as well as Compania Operadora Portuaria Cafetera, Cooperativa de Caficultores de Manizales and Chocolate Caldas in Colombia.
