She also holds a Master’s in International Marketing of Cosmetics and Fragrances from a program with ISIPCA, ESSEC, and the University of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. With 10 years of experience in the cosmetics industry and five years in product and marketing management, she combines a passion for beauty and science with a drive to understand and anticipate market trends. Leveraging her expertise, she leads innovation initiatives and creates content showcasing how Croda’s beauty solutions address evolving consumer needs.

Stéphanie Almeida Scalvino, Research engineer and project manage - Eurofins

Graduated with a doctorate in Life Sciences from the University of Lausanne, with a PhD thesis carried out in the Dermatology and Venereology department of CHUV (Lausanne, Switzerland). Research engineer and project manager at Eurofins Cosmetics and Personal Care for more than 10 years, specializing in hair care product objectification on human hair scalp explants and on microdissected human hair follicles ex vivo.

Passionate about unlocking nature’s potential to create science-backed personal care solutions that enhance quality of life, she has extensive expertise in developing and launching new ingredients, building international partnerships, and leading strategic collaborations and teams across cultures. With deep expertise in cosmetic ingredient development and technical marketing, she leads innovation and technical support across Latin America, managing laboratories in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico. Solange has a strong track record in transforming scientific insights into effective business opportunities, training teams, and collaborating with marketing and R&D to drive new product launches and customer growth. His previous experiences span both B2B and B2C environments, where he developed a strong understanding of market dynamics and product development. In September 2025, he joined Laboratoires Expanscience as Product Manager for Cosmetic and Nutraceutical Active Ingredients. His multidisciplinary background enables him to bridge innovation and consumer needs, supporting the development of high-performance ingredients with a positive impact on both humans and the planet.

Kelly Wolff - Business Development Manager, Hallstar

Kelly Wolff is a business development and formulation professional with over 15 years of experience in the personal care and consumer products industry. Currently a Business Development Manager at Hallstar, she previously drove product protection innovation at Evonik and spent more than a decade as a scientist at Kimberly-Clark. Kelly holds a BASc in Biochemistry and is a co-inventor on a U.S. patent for advanced cleansing formulations.
